What is Back Pain?

-Lie back, bend your knees and bring one knee toward your chest and keep it there. Repeat with the other knee, then both knees to your chest. When holding your knee to your chest, grasp your thigh rather than the lower leg to prevent knee flexion.

back pain home treatment?
last day i was sitting at a window and I try to reach something on the table when I felt a sharp pain in the lower left-back … But the pain has increased and its really killing me. I can not stand, lay, I can not even wipe my ass off! It also affected my position, because now they seem to lean towards the right side and my body is very rare!
