How is sciatica pain different from back pain?
I have a shooting like pain on one side of the lower back down my butt. I can not bend because of the pain. And when I do, it's really painful. Sounds like sciatica? Or just back pain normal?
Looks like, possibly Sciatica / trapped nerve. My mother had very bad sciatica when I was very pregnant and had my brother Caesarean section at the end, cos the pain was unbearable, the more it was a big baby! She still suffers from back pain now and take medication for that. I could talk to your doctor and see if you can suggest something. Im currently also feeling similar pain, but havent been to a doctor, hot baths and hot compresses and the deep muscles of the heat tends to RUB help relieve my back pain! Hope it helps.
