Back pain is very common that three out of four adults suffer. Back pain (LBP) is the most common followed closely by pain neck.

Muscle tears or strains are the most common cause of back pain and usually heal by themselves over time. Things like as ice packs, more heat and medications can usually help in these situations. But sure, there are more serious back pain, such as herniated discs, who may need physical therapy or surgery.

The good news is that just because you have back pain, it does not require much attention or surgery, and you have many options.

The causes of back pain

Aging; shorten as we age the ligaments and discs are dry. This combination can cause pressure on the spinal cord, which could lead to a herniated (bulging) discs.
The everyday stress and tension in the muscles required to contract and tighten, causing pain and stiffness. This muscular contraction and rigidity has a negative impact on their position that they thus accelerating the problem.
Injuries and accidents, lesions of small (and too many tackles football) and cause osteoporosis and other degenerative diseases.
Met obesity overweight are chronic unnecessary stress on your back, especially the lower back, which can lead to a host of other conditions such as osteoarthritis and degenerative disc disease.

Treatments
