My back hurts a week and a half (I believe should be slightly curved, while broken in two by menstrual cramps). The painful area is in a band on my back, almost as wide as your hand, the merits of the justification painful area in the lower ribs. I have no medical insurance, so all I can afford to do in terms of professional help is going to a chiropractor (I am).
