Hold for 15-30 seconds and repeat on the other side.
  4. Torso twists with legs wide, knees bent and put your arms on your chest. Slowly rotate your torso to the right, squeezing your abs, then turn left to repeat 15 times on each side. Keep moving slow and controlled, ensuring that only runs on what your flexibility allows.

What causes back pain and chest pain in adolescents?

I am a teenager again and severe chest pain and seems go to the location in response to physical movement. It is extremely painful and difficult to breathe, but do not have a fast heartbeat or irregular. Occurred almost four times an hour and then completely and it's more than one day, but now I have severe symptoms fever and mild cold. Any idea what is it? I as pneumonia or bronchitis?
