back and shoulder pain
back and shoulder pain

Neck pain is one of the most common presentations in my clinic – and is almost always accompanied by the upper back or shoulders. The neck is closely related to the upper back, both anatomical and nerves and muscles of the neck that can refer to the upper back.

The model is a more common problem in a half-neck in the neck or the neck of 4 games (C4). If this common area of nerve disc has a movement disorder often pain in his upper back shoulder region anda. The treatment in this case must be addressed to the whole neck and not the back field.

If you poor posture, sitting or standing, his chin protruding a little, you may also have neck and back. It is a model joint pain that I see customers seated at a desk and put his chin in contact with their computer screens. What happens here is that the muscles become pressurized and the result is a pain in the muscles connecting the neck with your back. In this situation should correct posture and tight muscles must be released.

Traffic accidents often cause pain in the neck – often called whiplash. Because the mechanical damage of muscle injury, ligaments, nerves and disks that are connected to your neck and back. Treatment should be directed to the damaged tissue, followed by strengthening exercises and correction posture.

The children also presented neck pain and upper back while running backpacks heavy, often wrongly, the result excessive pressure on the back and neck, causing a muscle imbalance and pain. Treatment should be directed to the correct lifting technique, This reduces the load and the manual processing when necessary. Ultimately, the books must be computerized and all students are provided with a lap-top – but I see what happens with the current economic climate! I hope to see the day!

What should I do with my back, neck, shoulder pain and cope with stress?

I have very horrible lower back, neck and shoulder pain and is due to stress at school, home, friends and all the bad things you receive in an adolescent. Someone can help the pain and gives me advice on what will? And please do not say "Try not to be stressed out" because no matter what I do, I'll always be stress. Thank you:)

The experience of many years, the best thing to do is relieve technically stress in your own mind. You must relax and not tense. The stress causes physical stress. Physical stress can be controlled in part by trying to know what stresses you and deal with it. For example, strengthen teeth and strengthen the muscles of the shoulders and neck when her accent is what I use to, it took me a while to realize I did that, I also use it to grind their teeth. I realized what I was doing, and whenever I found myself doing what I have learned to relax specific muscles, and even surpassed most physical effort. I know that you said you did not hear the stress is not bad, but I'm not saying that stress is not as bad as I say, how to tell the difference between the two, and how to deal with it in place. Otherwise, I Cortizone shots, which is not a good idea, but without help achieve physical constraints that will come back. Also, massage deep tissue massage, but not real, that sometimes makes it worse. It is best to take care of your body and spirit of what hurts, and possibly in time will not be used longer.
