This months question is: I often experience tightness on one side of the back and sometimes just in my thigh or in the right buttock. It is there all the time, but usually after I have done a long time or have started running more regularly, as when the weather is warm in spring.

The more distance you use the most important thing is to have good balance and strength in the muscles of the lower back and pelvis. The small muscles of the lower back to help support a good posture and running form. If these muscles are weak changes in the position of a broker, and now there is the stress placed on the irregular lower leg muscles that can cause injury. In addition, an imbalance between the muscles of the lower back and abdominal muscles (most people is that stomach muscles are not as strong as they should be) may lead to the same problems. I was back pain and leg when my blood levels are very high. I just wanted to know if anyone has this problem.
These symptoms are indicative kidney problems in a person. These are classic symptoms. Also, if you run a Tempature you might have a kidney infection, or you may kidney stones. You should call your doctor and have things check it out.
