How the post-surgical management of chronic low back pain?
I am 7 months of back surgery for L5 L4 break … GI pain which is result of a lot of scar tissue wrapped around the nerve root, and other places in the leg that was most affected. Are there any thing I can do to get rid of scar tissue, or at least reduce its effects on me?
