I was backbrace with the help of a packet of gel that can be boiled in hot water and apply to my lower back. I also made it with my shoulder. Is there anything else I can do to help cure this problem as I am a storm at work and not have the benefits. The hospital referred me to another doctor who is currently not covered I am on my own, but the pain in the two domains can I stop a lot and I must do something. Please help
