I am 16 years and this year I have neck and back nearly every day after school. I think that's my position, I try to remain standing, but it is difficult for me. Normally, I'm leaning on my desk too. Usually I take Advil, but I wonder if it is normal for me to have a pain in the neck, at my age. And how can I stop it? Thank you!
