Mid Back Pain – home remedies do not contribute to the prescription?
My back hurts a week and a half (I believe should be slightly curved, while broken in two by menstrual cramps). The painful area is in a band on my back, almost as wide as your hand, the merits of the justification painful area in the lower ribs. I have no medical insurance, so all I can afford to do in terms of professional help is going to a chiropractor (I am). Has anyone advice on treatments and complementary home remedies, exercises, and on-sale treatment free? I'm in a little pain and have lost a lot of work. Thank you in advance for any help.
Exercise will actually help. Walking is the best. Then ask your chiropractor to make some adjustments on you and you wonder what kind of streches do. You may want to try a warm heating pad. If it is heated, then put it back in May and then the pain go away a little. But I suggest you exercise, it works the best!
